Classes with Alexa are strength based with a focus on compound lifting utilizing barbells, as well as accessory strength work involving muscle isolation with Kettlebells and Dumbbells.

Classes With Irvin

Classes with Irvin are circuit based with an emphasis on strength training for the whole body. Allowing individuals the time to focus on one exercise at a time with a balanced routine that combines structured strength with dynamic conditioning.

These classes are functional fitness based. Multiple manners of strength and cardio training are implemented, including but limited to Olympic lifting, bodyweight training, and calisthenics. Several Coaches partner to make this program amazing with high energy & community feel.
